In the booming education sector, the number of universities and students is increasing day by day. The need for quality and safe living of the increasing number of students has led us to produce new student-oriented concepts. As Özyurtlar Holding, we have started to work to make a complex that can meet all the needs of our very valuable young people. Students, young professionals and young academic, not as an ordinary accommodation centre for the environment, but the comfort of the hotel, supporting the education and training equipped library, hobby room, front desk service 7/24 security system and young people in mind we designed entirely with comfort and safety.

As with all of its projects, we have made sure that the central location in Ncadde Ateş corner is one of the most important criteria and in our project we are located close to universities and business centers, allowing for the convenient access of young people. Our project is located in Esenyurt’s most strategic position next to Esenyurt University, just parallel to the E5 Highway and the Istanbul Jul Connection Road on Doğan Araslı Street. Although the project appears to be aimed more at students, it will include young professionals and academics in the coming period with Ncadde Ateş Corner, which is a ‘young living space’..

Ncadde fire Corner consists of a single block with 3 floors on 7,161 square meters of land. Our project includes 300 student houses and 18 commercial areas. Our project will be completed by the end of 2018.

What have we done for you
It’s All 5 Minutes Now! In Esenyurt,the new center of Istanbul,we built a university, a hospital, a shopping center and a student house adjacent to the subway. Spacious living space common areas ,hobby rooms , library,study rooms , kitchens and more. We design shops that are included in the common area so that students can meet their daily needs.

We Only House Students Here!!!
The capacity of the dormitory is less than 1 million when there are 4 million registered students in our country. Most of the students stay in homes, but they can’t always find accommodation in an area that is affordable, secure and close to public transport. We aim to meet this need with the Ncadde fire Conrer. We have both domestic and foreign institutional investors who want to invest with us in this area. And we’re at Ncadde fire corner ‘just giving home to students and young people”
